The Mama:
My name is Sarah. I'm the Mama, the blogger, and previously known as the baby maker. I grew up a farm girl and have quickly changed into a full fledged city girl.
I love spending time with my girls and wonderful husband, gardening, spending time with my family, reading, being a Mama, reading everyone's wonderful blogs, and did I mention spending time with my family?
I'm a stay at home mom, which you know means I work 24/7. I used to be an amazing sales woman, scheduler, human resources expert. Now I'm a master breast feeder and poopy pants changer. Wow how things change in your life, but I wouldn't give it up for the world!
The Daddy:
My wonderful husband is John. He's a great father that the girls ADORE.
He's a photographer that has his doctorate in photographing food, but gets most of his experience now in baby pictures! He's recently become nocturnal with a new job that requires him to work overnights, kind of stinks but let's me be a full time Mama.
John loves photographing his babies (and other babies if the price is right!), cooking/grilling, playing with his girls, and tending to the garden.
The Girls:
Let's be honest, this should have been at the top, because this is why you're really here!
Ada and Evie are our absolutely precious twin baby girls. They're about as identical as they come. Yes, we can tell them apart, but can't really explain how. They're adventurous, fearless, to smart for Mama and Daddy's good, and always on the move.
They were not your normal twins - they were mono-mono twins, which means they shared one amnionic sac and placenta when in the womb. This was a high risk pregnancy that put me in the hospital for a month, and after they were born at 32 weeks (3 lbs 14 oz for Evie and 4 lbs 2 oz for Ada), they spent 37 days in the NICU. Now we have two happy healthy babies (small but mighty) that we just can't get enough of!
